And they are all egg free recipes.

So let’s get started.

So let’s get started with our first recipewhich is a delicious gingerbread mug cake.

In a microwavable mug, we’re going to addin our flour, brown sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and ground ginger.

And then just mix them all together with afork.

So into our dry ingredients, we’re goingto add in some milk, flavorless oil, and some molasses and then mix it together to forma batter.

To make this little mug cake vegan, you canreplace the milk with a dairy free milk.

So there you have it, really simple and fast.

Now this guy is ready for the microwave.

The microwave that I use to cook off the mugcakes it 1200 watts so depending on the wattage of your microwave, your timing may vary.

So in just 1 minute, our gingerbread mug cakeis done.

You can tell that he’s perfectly cooked,because if you touch the top, it’s nice and firm but also you can tell it’s moistin the middle.

All you want to do to decorate is pipe somefreshly whipped cream on top and then an extra sprinkle of spice.

This guy almost looks too sweet to eat butthat’s not going to stop me.

You see all of these bubbles? That means it’s a really nice and airy mugcake.

And it’s not too spicy.

It’s just the perfect blend of all thoseingredients.

Ok I’m not going to fill up on this onebecause we’re going to move on to our next mug cake.

Another recipe that is perfect for this timeof year is a sweet pumpkin mug cake.

Just like before in a microwavable mug, we’regoing to add in our flour, salt, baking powder, and pumpkin pie spice.

Then mix them all together.

So if you don’t have pumpkin pie spice inyour country, don’t worry.

It shows you how you can make your own.

Also all the recipes for these mug cakes areon my website as well.

Into these ingredients, we’re going to addin some maple syrup, milk, and pumpkin puree.

And then just mix together to form a batter.

So you know that I’m a fan of pretty mugs.

So I was really happy to get to use my seasonalmugs for this video.

Everybody always asks me where I get themand generally it’s in thrift stores and goodwill.

Much faster than you could whip up a pie andthis mug cake is ready for the microwave.

For those of you out there that are a littlebit dubious about trying a pumpkin dessert, I strongly recommend you do so because theyare absolutely delicious.

And there you have it, another mug cake perfectlycooked.

Now I like to decorate this guy simply withsome vanilla ice cream on top.

I’m going to give this a taste before theice cream melts.

I can honestly tell you that this tastes likefall in a mug.

It tastes so good and you’re going to loveit.

Our next recipe is a drink like you have neverseen it before.

It is a hot chocolate mug cake.

In a microwavable mug, we’re going to addin our flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

And then just mix all together with a fork.

Into these ingredients we’re going to addin some milk and flavorless oil and then just mix it all together until it creates a batter.

Usually we drink hot chocolate this time ofyear because it’s so cold outside, but if you make this little mug cake, it’ll definitelywarm you up.

For those of you who have made my mug recipesbefore, you’ll know they are as fast to whip up as they are to eat.

Now this little guy is ready to be cookedoff.

You can never go wrong with a chocolate mugcake so this holiday season, you can multiply the recipe and make it for your friends andfamily.

This chocolate mug cake smells amazing.

I think I kept the best for last.

And because this is hot chocolate, we’regoing to decorate this guy with some mini marshmallows on top.

And then dig in while it’s still warm.

This little mug cake is sweet, it is rich,it is absolutely delicious.

The best thing about chocolate is that youcan enjoy it all year round.
